All citizens of Georgia are eligible for one PINES card. If you move or change your name or get a new phone number or e-mail address, we will be happy to update your information – you do not need to register for a new card. If you lose your card, there is a $2 charge to replace it. Let us know immediately if you lose your card -- we will deactivate your card and then no one will be able to charge out items on your account. You are responsible for all items charged out on your card -- or for the items checked out on a dependent, so it is important that you keep cards safe. The card will expire every two years. At that time we will update your information and renew your card at no cost. Any patron who accumulates more than $10 in unpaid fees and fines has all library privileges suspended until the balance is paid. Patrons owing more than $25 will have their accounts turned over to Unique Collections.
